Hobson Prior are seeking a Clinical Project Manager to join a drug discovery and development company who concentrates on developing antibody-based drugs for the treatment of inflammatory diseases, immune-related disorders and cancer. This will be a permanent position, located in Switzerland.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain integrated project schedules to enable accurate project timelines and financial aspects analyses and ensure timely and consistent functional input provision into business planning processes.
• Key role in the development and management of project timelines, in identifying priorities, risks, in defining budget and resources in order to create and maintain reliable plans for ongoing projects.
• Facilitate project team meetings and cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Accountable for project team and sub-team meetings agenda preparation, meetings organization, and preparation of minutes.
• Ensure the team achieves and maintains a high-level of sustainable performance by contributing to appropriate team management best practices.
• Consolidate project budget forecast and follow up on invoices with each project team members, in collaboration with Finance.
• Provide regular project status reports to the project team.
• Propose lessons learned for new business developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline is required; advanced degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management of cross-functional projects in a scientific environment, in development of pharmaceutical or biotechnology products, are required.
• PMP (Project Management certification) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS project, Excel and common project management tools is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Travel requirements ~20%.
