Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Clinical Project Associate to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in London. Our client is focused on guaranteeing clinical trials are conducted rendering to suitable SOPs, company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will engage with any other divisions when required, to accomplish allocated tasks.
  • Support the development of documents and standard forms.
  • Guarantee that own work complies with formed practices, policies and procedures, as well as any regulatory or other necessities.
  • The ideal candidate will track and prepare study-specific information using databases, spreadsheets and any other tools.
  • Evaluate and contribute to the quality assurance of data or documents.
  • Organise meetings logistics, agendas, and support with minutes.

Key Skills:

  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Works well in a team within a highly matrixed setting.
  • Able to complete various tasks allocated simultaneously.
  • Exhibited skill of learning fast.
  • Capable of being flexible and adaptable to change.

Requirements:

  • Educated to an advanced degree level with some pertinent clinical or connected experience within the life sciences.
  • Educated to a degree level with at least 1+ year of pertinent experience.
  • General clinical or business expertise and familiarity would be ideal.
  • Eager to learn the company's business and the biopharma industry.
  • Know-how of Food & Drug Administration (FDA), European Medicines Agency (EMA), and any other appropriate national guidelines, International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH) regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) are desirable.
  • Proficiency on basic office tools/programs.
  • Willing to travel for business needs.
