Hobson Prior are seeking for a Clinical Development Scientist to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland. Our client is focused on changing the lives of many who suffer from severe illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- For this role, you will offer clinical, scientific and tactical contributions to clinical development plans and actions, while adhering to the highest scientific and ethical standards guaranteeing for success.
- Accountable for planning, designing, performing which involves medical supervision, and reporting on company-sponsored studies, working alongside the medical development lead, medical program lead and any other MACS members, clinical study teams, regulatory, safety and any other cross-functional HQ teams when suitable.
- Serve as a member of the medical development team and member of clinical study team(s) and cooperate with the medical development lead for both scientific and medical development method.
- Engage and consult with KOLs and lead advisory boards to outline the development plan for new products/indications.
- Accountable for developing clinical study protocols and reports, as well as partake in the statistical analysis plans, contribute to investigator meetings and any other study-linked actions and offer contributions/evaluation of any other main clinical study documents when required and suitable.
- Offer tactical and operational clinical development knowledge in interactions with regulatory authorities for allocated products/projects, when requested and suitable.
- Partake in high-quality scientific and medical contributions to distribute clinical parts of proposals and any other regulatory documents, as well as to replies to health authority's queries to assist with such as scientific advice, IND application, marketing authorisation, etc.
- Obtain and constantly develop significant level of expertise within the therapeutic area of haemophilia.
- Any other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Able to serve as a representative for the business to a varied audience.
- An organised individual with the ability to motivate self.
- Leadership abilities.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Educated to a medical degree level specialising in haematology/haemophilia clinical development with demonstrable experience working within a pharmaceutical organisation.
- A background in achieving drug development programs in haematology/haemophilia exhibiting comprehension of translating early-stage programs into the clinic and further across the clinical development chain.
- Knowledge in bringing the medical and scientific perspective, drug development knowledge to business development, corporate method and leadership decision making would be ideal.
- Know-how of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics would be ideal.
