Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Database Developer. This role involves creating and managing databases for clinical research. You will be responsible for developing database specifications, building and validating databases, and providing training to team members. You will also contribute to the development of data management processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Create database specifications based on clinical research needs.
• Build and validate databases for clinical research.
• Manage and maintain database systems.
• Develop data management plans and guidelines.
• Create data listings using reporting tools.
• Provide training on database usage to team members and study site staff.
• Contribute to the improvement of data management processes and procedures.
• Ensure projects comply with regulations.
• Contribute to presentations and interact with clients, auditors, inspectors, subcontractors, consultants, and other individuals or departments.
• Participate in meetings with prospective clients and provide project scope and relevant information to support proposal creation.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Master's or Doctorate degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and local language, if different.
