Hobson Prior are working with a global 'Top 10' Pharmaceutical company who are in search for an experienced Clinical Database Designer were you will be able to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key technical expert within the Systems and Database Design team to design, build and maintain the clinical database and systems for use in the company's clinical trials.
• Act as a 'Leader' within the team to directly engage with clients and internal stakeholders - assisting with the development of Bid Defence materials, key study documents and participating at client meetings to discuss timeframes and deliverables.
• Be responsible for designing and managing project timelines and ensuring deliverables are met with quality and timeliness.
• Support the 'Junior' members of the team by overseeing training programs and serving as a mentor within the team.

Requirements:

• MSc or BSc Degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant topic is a plus.
• Prior experience of Clinical Data Management, Database Development, Database Programming, Systems Development or Database Design within the CRO (preferable), Pharmaceutical or Biotech sectors.
• Experience working with any EDC tools, preferably Medidata RAVE or InForm, is strong desired.
• Ability to successfully lead projects and/or a team of individuals to efficiently hit project milestones is a plus.
