Change Order Manager (hybrid)

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Change Order Manager to join a fantastic CRO on a permanent basis located in either Wales or Slough with hybrid working available. Our client is focused on offering their clients customised solutions to accomplish their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will handle the sponsor change order notification letter and change order procedures on allocated projects within needed deadlines and guarantee all functions are notified on the status and progression.
• Collaborate with SCOM to prioritise allocated workload suitable to meet approved deadlines, recognise risks and handle the escalation procedure.
• You will enable project management, finance and contracts divisions recognition of out-of-scope actions on allocated projects to guarantee minimal revenue leakage.
• To assist the centralised documenting of change order status to meet business requirements, you will uphold and keep the change order log up to date and on an ongoing basis to guarantee precision of records on allocated projects out of scope actions.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a clinical research, business or similar, pertinent field or corresponding qualification.
• Capable of exhibiting proficiency in budget development and revenue analysis.
• Acquaintance with CRO pricing tools and tactics.
• Comprehension of clinical development procedure, services offered and affiliated vocabulary.
• Familiarity with handling project out of scope procedures and contract deliberations.
• Capable of handling multifaceted procedures, focused on being right first time and on-time delivery.
• Able to suitably prioritise workload to meet approved deadlines.
• Prior involvement in contract management/legal knowledge.
• Acquaintance with handling CRO-sponsor relations.
