CH - GMA Evidence Generation Operations Manager

Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a CH - GMA Evidence Generation Operations Manager to join a fantastic pharmaceuticals organisation on a contract basis located in Zurich, though remote working can be considered. Our client is focused on discovering transformative remedies for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will monitor and handle studies and research portfolios which involves evaluation, initiation, tracking closeout, and reporting of studies.
• Arrange finance and contract linked features for internationally funded research.
• Accountable for the performance of studies rendering to all suitable internal legal and compliance policies such as SOPS, as well as external local specific regulatory guidelines.
• Handle allocated programs which involves investigator-initiated research, externally sponsored collaborative research, and medical affairs company sponsored studies in plasma-derived therapy portfolio.
• You might be designated any other tasks in the scope of evidence generation team which may involve development of integrated evidence plans, process improvement initiatives, etc.
• Responsible for serving as the operational area lead and process SME for interfacing with internal cross-functional international and local shareholders as well as external investigators to develop and implement research plans and budgets.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Educated to an advanced degree level within a health or natural science discipline or similar.
• Exhibited experience working within a pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing to a varied audience.
• Works well with others as well as independently within a matrix, cross-functional work setting.
• Able to handle tasks in various systems linked to study management and oversight, finance, contracting, reporting, etc.
