Hobson Prior is seeking a Capabilities Manager (Learning Operations) to promote learning opportunities across the organization. This role involves coordinating learning activities, managing the Learning Management System, and developing learning products.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote learning opportunities using various communication channels.
• Organize learning resources to provide frequent learning opportunities.
• Handle all learning coordination activities, including scheduling, engagement with subject matter experts and vendors, and feedback collection.
• Manage the Learning Management System to create personalized learning journeys.
• Develop and manage learning products, including self-serve product design.
• Improve the onboarding process to provide a personalized and holistic user experience.

Requirements

• Creative and agile mindset with knowledge of agile principles and practices.
• Ability to understand customer needs, analyze issues, and design and deliver learning solutions.
• Experience in Learning and Development engagement activities and learning operations management.
• Knowledge of adult learning methodology and design practices.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to identify areas for growth.
