Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Biostatistics Manager to join a brilliant consultancy on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from either France or Belgium. Our client is focused on offering statisticians to some of the largest pharmaceutical organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will aid the professional development of less experience personnel.
• Responsible for developing and upholding good internal communication.
• Check the correct use of timesheet application and approval of the hours entered by the collaborators into the timesheet application which involves time-off requests.
• Offer knowledge to advice on several statistical concerns which involves statistical programming.
• You will interview candidates as well as outline personnel individual goals and training plans.
• Conduct personnel reviews on a yearly basis.
• Any other assigned duties.

• Capable of exercising judgement and making decisions.
• Able to resolve issues.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

• Educated to an advanced degree level in a statistics field with specialisation in biostatistics and/or at least 5 - 8 years of work experience with drug discovery and development teams in a pharmaceutical organisation or CRO.
• Analytical abilities with knowledge on the pertinent field of expertise and capability to implement them across various key areas.
• Fluency in the English language.
