Hobson Prior is seeking a Bid Coordinator for a contract role. This position focuses on managing bids and proposals within the healthcare industry. The role requires a good understanding of public contract regulations and tendering rules. It also involves planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposal documents within a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and apply public contract regulations and tendering rules.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders effectively.
  • Plan, produce, and deliver compliant proposal documents.
  • Work with tender management tools and writing aids.
  • Maintain a bid content library.

Requirements

  • Experience in handling bids, proposals, and/or tender coordination.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days per week in Burgess Hill.
  • Willingness to commit to a 6-month contract.
