Hobson Prior are recruiting for a Best Practices and Innovation Technology Operations Specialist to be part of a research-based biopharmaceutical company in Uxbridge on a contract basis. Our client is very patient-focused, whose scientific research has benefitted hundreds of thousands of people by ensuring medications are available to those who could otherwise not afford them.

Job Responsibilities:

Best Practice and Innovation Platform:

  • Accountable to manage Best Practice and Innovation Platform implementation for global commercial and medical stakeholders.
  • Assist with content integration to Best Practice and Innovation Platform migration and integrations with other systems (Learning Management Systems and GNet)
  • Coordinate with LMS administrator for GCL&D.
  • Track LMS usage and run relevant dashboards and analytics from the LMS.

Platform Effectiveness:

Awareness of Best Practices:

  • Number of portal visitors
  • Downloads of materials (playbooks / toolkits)
  • Attendance at webinars / on-demand views

Adoption of Best Practices:

  • Number of Best Practices adopted by one, two, three+ affiliates
  • Number of Best Practices adopted by one, two, three+ affiliates within the G9 group of countries

Perception of innovation:

  • Average score for Best Practices / percentage rating above a defined score
  • Ad-hoc positive feedback on the Best Practices initiative

Learning Operations:

  • Create and maintain SOPs and policies related to GCL&D activities.
  • Create and/or maintain GCL&D SharePoint portal and OneDrive.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating virtual and live training events.
  • Help the team with the use of other learning technology tools such Brainshark, SurveyMonkey, Kahoot and others.

Key Skills:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight as well as actively contribute to project teams is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and complex problem solving.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree would be preferred.
  • Experience with any Share Point, LMS implementation, configuration and maintenance.
  • Experience working in global and diverse/multicultural environments.
  • Minimum of 8 years related experience.
  • Working knowledge of SCORM standards and learning management systems.
  • You will have 2-3 years of industry project management experience or equivalent.
  • Understanding of IT systems infrastructure and ability to successfully communicate to multiple levels of technical understanding.
  • Computer skills: Knowledge of Office 365.
