Hobson Prior are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join a CRO on a permanent basis located in Munich. Our Client is focused on providing the highest quality clinical trial services while safeguarding human lives.

Key Responsibilities:

For this role, you will Ensure that resources, equipment, and information are coordinated to meet project/service needs of clients and the company.

  • Assist clients in identifying and defining their needs.
  • Provide clients with the support they need in order to meet their needs.
  • Ensure that financial and project reports are prepared.
  • Ensure that project progress is monitored and that issues are addressed as they arise.
  • Communicate project status to all project members and act as the point of contact for the project.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive plan, report, and documentation for the project.
  • Assist the Project Manager by providing backup coverage and support.
  • Ensure the project meets its standards and requirements.

  • Ability to think critically and analytically
  • An understanding of project management software tools and management techniques is an advantage.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong sense of organization and planning with excellent technical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to lead through influencing and negotiating.
  • Capacity for facilitation and coordination at a high level.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to pay attention to the details.
  • Ability to produce detailed reports and presentations using tools such as Adobe, Visio, and MS Project.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.

Requirements:

  • An understanding of project management team environments is required.
  • At least one (1) year of administrative experience supporting external client projects or programs is required.
  • It would be advantageous if you had financial management experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in the field along with two years' related administrative experience in a clinical environment.
