Associate Director Study Management (remote-based)

Hobson Prior are seeking for an Associate Director Study Management for a biotech organisation on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the UK. Our client is focused on strengthening people's immune system to fight severe illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will handle each trial in agreed upon timeline.
• Guide recruitment sub-team and development of recruitment method.
• Partake in constant development and improvement of clinical operations procedures and actions which involves SOP development.
• Supervise external vendors in performance management and raise concerns where suitable.
• Enable confidentiality agreements and investigational site contract and budget deliberations.
• As the Associate Director, you will instigate site feasibility and confirm final commitment for contributing to countries and sites.
• Proficient in clinical supply management.
• You will co-lead the data management sub-team throughout the performance of the trial.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a life science or similar area or corresponding work experience.
• An advanced degree or relevant certification would be ideal.
• At least 10 years of experience in clinical research and/or clinical project management within domestic and global clinical trials ideally within oncology and/or hematology.
• Know-how of industry standards and best practices in clinical data management and ICH GCP.
