Associate Director/ Principal Biostatistician (remote-based)

Hobson Prior are currently seeking an Associate Director / Principal Biostatistician to join a brilliant mid-size European CRO on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from home anywhere in Europe. Our client is focused on dispensing biometric solutions that are pioneering, high-quality, personalised.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role you will provide input into the evaluation of CRFs, analysis datasets and TFL stipulations.
• Provide 'statistical consultancy' to crucial clients rendering to study plans, the demeanour of statistical analysis and comprehending the statistical outcomes.
• Guide the communication channels with crucial clients and project teams rendering to project deadlines and deliverables.
• Offer statistical assistance and knowledge to studies across various TAs, across Phases I-IV.
• 'Direct' the evolvement of statistical analysis plans and study guidelines, as well as partake in the study plan deliberations and sample size calculations in project meetings.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in biostatistics, mathematics or a similar discipline.
• At least 4+ years of experience as a Statistician within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or CRO business
• Past involvement in using SAS or R programming software.
• Familiarity with being in a lead statistician position.
• Acquaintance with Oncology studies would be advantageous but not essential to the role.
