Associate Director of PM, Biometrics (remote-based)

Hobson Prior are looking for an Associate Director Project Management, Biometrics to join a brilliant CRO on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere within the EU. Our client is focused on supplying their clients with numerous different services.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple projects at one time.
• Mentoring Junior Project Managers.
• Responsible for budgeting, timelines, resourcing, client management and direct Project Management experience.
• Support in reviewing budget proposal, bid defense meetings and coordination of the PM team.
• No hands-on activities - all oversight.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a scientific field or attained a college diploma.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role.
• At least 5 years of experience working within a Biometrics division such as data management, statistics, statistical programming, etc.
