Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Associate Director - GCP QA to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis with the ability to work on a hybrid basis within the UK. Our client is focused on discovering preventative and curative solutions for various therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will oversee the conduct of GxP service providers concerning the pertinent quality standards necessary for delivery of late-phase clinical trials.
• Conduct GCP audits if necessary, such as audits to be performed on short notice.
• Outline and uphold agreed quality metrics and dashboards to facilitate clear discussion to senior management of compliance performance as well as any risks or problems recognised.
• Preserve awareness of, as well as guarantee that compliance with policies and processes linking to quality standards in the business.
• Offer aid and advice to the development teams.
• Serve as a role in outlining, upholding and supervising the GxP Quality Management System as part of the quality team.
• Guarantee external contracted organisations assisting with GCP actions which are selected, and accountability outlined and documented.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in late-stage clinical trials within QA.
• Comprehension of the regulatory setting within late-stage products and preferably post marketing.
• Operated within a large pharma/biotech looking to make a change to a smaller niche organisation.
• Expertise on GCP and linked industry/regulatory guidelines managing clinical trials within the EU and US as implemented to late-stage product development and licensure.
