Hobson Prior are collaborating with a CRO who are seeking for an individual to join their team on a permanent basis. The opening position is for an Associate Director, Clinical Database Programming. Our client is focused on quickening the development of treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will supervise the development, upkeep and compliance of database forms and EDC standards in assistance of clinical studies.
• Support the leas and develop a solid international team of clinical database programmers.
• The ideal candidate will help with the hiring, training and review of clinical database programmers.
• Partake in the development of divisional SOPs and any other pertinent controlled documents.
• You will serve as a resource for database problems and offer solutions with clinical database technology, abilities and functionality.
• Recognise process faults and suggest improvements to optimise clinical programming procedures.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a computer science, mathematical science or similar.
• At least 7+ years of experience in clinical database programming, ideally within a leadership aspect.
• Acquaintance with the development, validation, upkeep, documentation, and filing of clinical data targeted for regulatory proposal.
• Familiarity with Medidata Rave.
