Hobson Prior are in search for an Associate/Clinical Trial Documentation Specialist to join a fantastic pharmaceutical industry on a permanent basis located in Zurich. Our client is focused on manufacturing products for numeral therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining of Trial Master Files and Investigator Site Files.
• Formulate, dispense and store clinical documentation.
• Handle the administrative parts of clinical trials and provide support to the Clinical Research team throughout the complete conduct of the study by documenting information such that it is always complete, up to date and available to team members and auditors.

Key Skills:

• For this role, you will need to be computer literate - outstanding grasp of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Very detail oriented.
• Good team player.
• Ability to multitask various tasks with positive attitude.
• Able to prioritise workload with attention to detail and within timelines.
• Self-starter needing limited supervision.

Requirements:

• For this position, you will have acquired a Biological and/or clinical science or nurse/study nurse background.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Associate or Clinical Trial Documentation Specialist in clinical research within a CRO, a pharmaceutical or a biotechnology company.
• A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments.
• Acquainted with the structure and organisation and archiving of paper and electronic CRFs.
• Content with repetitive work.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English; able to also have a fluency in German I desirable but not essential to the role.
