Hobson Prior is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join a dynamic team in Frankfurt. You will support and improve digital applications, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, within finance and supply chain areas, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Solve technical issues with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, especially in finance and supply chain areas.
• Offer first and second-level support for digital tools, ensuring they work well and users are happy.
• Monitor system performance to keep everything running smoothly.
• Set up user roles and security settings in Dynamics 365, following industry rules.
• Help improve financial and supply chain processes using ERP tools.
• Work with users to solve system problems and find solutions.
• Test and launch new ERP features, making sure they meet validation needs.
• Check data accuracy and system compliance regularly.
• Coordinate with quality assurance for system validation activities.
• Train users on ERP functions and create helpful guides.
• Follow IT regulations related to security and quality standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in application support, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Knowledge of finance, inventory, and supply chain processes in ERP systems.
• Familiarity with IT service management practices.
• Experience in regulated industries like MedTech or Life Sciences, with a focus on compliance.
