Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will both sample manage and prepare samples and reagents, as well as analysis, evaluation of data and reporting of outcomes.
• Conduct checks with various analytical practices, for example: HPSEC, GC, gel electrophoresis, CE-SDS, cIEF and protein concentration with UV/Vis.
• Responsible for device testing and compendial strategies, for example: sub-visual particles, appearance, visible particles and extractable volume are also conducted in the lab.
• Induct new technologies to the site, as well as manage many samples from both manufacturing at SBC and from any other sites, and stability studies.
• Handle numerous non-routine tests which involves analytical method transfer and analytical assistance to production, primarily in process validations in relation to the launch of new products.
• Stay updated on technical developments, conduct trend analysis and offer assistance for both functional and cross-functional investigations.
• Upkeep of lab equipment as well as collaborate with others in various teams in, cross-functionally, locally and internationally.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a scientific field such as chemistry/biochemistry or similar.
• Familiarity working with analytical chemistry, such as chromatography and spectroscopy.
• Acquaintance with lab work, ideally in actions controlled by GxP.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
• Prior involvement working with quality assurance within a pharmaceutical or food manufacturing setting, or alternatively, any other GxP-controlled business.
• Familiarity/expertise on LEAN would be beneficial for the role.
