Hobson Prior is seeking an AD of QC - Systems and Compliance for a newly established pharmaceutical manufacturing site. This role will focus on leading the Quality Control (QC) team, ensuring operational and scientific excellence, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the QC team, providing direction and governance.
- Manage QC programs that support all labs, including equipment, electronic systems, and personnel qualification.
- Understand and apply regulatory requirements related to QC operations.
- Recruit and develop team members to ensure high scientific standards.
- Develop future leaders within the team and facility.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and build technical capability within the team.
- Support the project team in delivering the facility, providing feedback and support on decisions and strategies.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or related disciplines.
- Experience working in a GMP pharmaceutical/ biologics laboratory environment.
- Experience in leadership of a cross-functional team.
