Hobson Prior is seeking a Lab Technician for a role within Bioanalytics, a part of Technical Research and Development for Biologics. The role involves planning and executing scientific experiments, developing analytical procedures, and contributing to the management and organization of an analytical development laboratory. The primary focus will be on impurity analytics using bioanalytical methods such as ELISA, BET (LAL assay), and cell-based bioanalytics (e.g., Monocyte Activation Test).

Responsibilities:

- Plan and perform scientific experiments

- Develop analytical procedures

- Contribute to the management and organisation of an analytical development laboratory

- Work primarily on impurity analytics using bioanalytical methods

Key Skills and Requirements:

- A Master of Science, a Bachelor of Science, or an equivalent technical education

- Good theoretical and scientific knowledge

- Practical knowledge of laboratory work

- Expertise with software and computer tools

- Good documentation practice

- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory
