This strategic role involves defining, building, and implementing global HR policies, designing organization and staff development strategies, and managing day-to-day tasks. The successful candidate will be leading an existing HR team, making hands-on leadership a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- CIPD Level 7 qualification.
- Over 10 years' experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and health technology sectors.
- Global experience, including working with teams in other countries.
- Proven track record in scaling and transforming businesses.
- Ability to work in the office 3 days a week.
