Hobson Prior and Proclinical to collaborate across Boston and Sydney

The life science recruitment industry is set for an exciting revolution as previous competitors, Hobson Prior and Proclinical, announce a strategic alliance, combining their workforces to further their presence in the North America and Asia Pacific regions.

The mutually beneficial agreement follows Proclinical’s recent acquisition by Hobson Prior’s parent company Independent Clinical Services (ICS). Both brands have established teams in the USA with Proclinical’s New York office and Hobson Prior’s team in Boston, near the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

This collaboration will see the two teams join forces and share expertise as the Boston office joins the Proclinical brand. With a presence in New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, San Francisco, CA and now Boston MA, the teams are primed to continue delivering expert recruitment services across the North American life science industry.

The Sydney team will continue to operate as Hobson Prior Australia, where they have built a reputation for placing exceptional candidates across the Australian life science industry. With Proclinical’s Singapore and Shanghai offices, the combined forces will further strengthen the group’s growing network in the Asia Pacific life science recruitment market. With no immediate plans to completely merge the two companies, they will continue to remain separate throughout the rest of their network in the UK and continental Europe.
