Warehouse Operative

Hobson Prior are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a Research Centre on a permanent basis in Stevenage. Our client focuses on advancing the growth of cell and gene therapy research across the UK, helping to promote the use of these therapies throughout the health services all over the world. This role is to play a hands-on role undertaking the activities of the organisation's Manufacturing Centre warehouse team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable to complete all Goods-In procedures according to schedule, including inspection and safe storage of incoming of materials including patient samples.
• Management for the storage of final product and the dispatch of final products and complete all Goods-Out procedures according to schedule.
• Movement of materials within the GMP warehouse, using both manual techniques and lifting equipment where available.
• Safe operation of Warehouse equipment and vehicles, adhering to all health and safety procedures.
• Perform regular/scheduled inventory controls, adhering to relevant SOPs.
• Prepare for, and participate in where required, internal/external audit programs.
• Utilise a range of methods in support of all activities associated with the requirements within the GMP warehouse facility.
