UK Brand Manager

Hobson Prior are looking for a UK Brand Manager to join a manufacturer in Watford who are determined to reduce global infections by offering the best pioneering solutions. You will support the execution of the marketing strategy for the UK market to grow and become profitable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recognise categories and products for growth and develop marketing plans to support it.
• Take ownership of the brand P&L and deliver against the budget.
• Brief the internal design department to develop compelling marketing materials.
• Specifying the marketing and sales collateral to support new brand initiatives.
• Support the tender process to NHS Supply Chain.
• In co-operation with NPD and Sales to develop successful launch plans for new products.
• Engaging with all relevant stakeholders, (NPD, Regulatory, Admin, Creative, Sales, Logistics) make sure their input is captured and their deliverables clear.

• Self-confidence to be able to establish personal credibility at an early stage on joining.
• Proactive self-starter who is inquisitive and resourceful.

Requirements:

• Relevant industry experience in products sold via NHS Supply Chain into acute hospitals and GP surgeries.
• Prior success in brand marketing in a medical device company.
• A good understanding of the regulatory environment in biocides, drugs and/or medical devices.
• Experience in planning and executing new product launches.
