Hobson Prior currently have a new opportunity for a Supply Project Manager to join an innovative R&D-driven global biopharma organisation who are determined to help people all over the world to live a better and healthier future. This position will be based in Zurich however you will have the opportunity to work remotely.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable to maintain the team site - documents, action tracking, communications.
- To create momentum on the project, engage teams towards shared goals.
- Organise meetings, content, agendas, proposals.
- Prepare monthly summaries for steering committee (management team level).
Key Skills:
- Highly structured.
- Engaged self-starter, autonomy.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement systems and processes.
- Robust communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix and multi-cultural organization.
- Ability to simplify complex processes.
- Good business acumen.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in GMP Manufacturing and Operations or Supply Chain. (MSc or MBA preferred).
- Knowledge of Biological manufacturing, supply chain, or sourcing.
- Understanding of global regulatory management of change control.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of financial basics.
