Hobson Prior are looking for a Study Start Up Manager to join a world-wide CRO who specialise in partnering with Biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device organisations. This exciting position will be home-based on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable to efficiently manage and successfully execute all aspects of global start-up.
• Review pertinent regulations to develop proactive solutions to start-up issues and challenges.
• Complete quality checks on submission documents and site essential documents.
• Prepare and approve informed consent forms.
• Present during bid defenses, general capabilities meetings, and audits.

Key Skills:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Team oriented approach and strong leadership skills.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in clinical research, preferably with a CRO (experience may include CRA or project management experience).
• Knowledge and experience of Clinical Trial Applications within Europe.
• Fluency in English.
