Hobson Prior are looking for a Study Delivery Manager to join a world-wide biopharmaceutical organisation who are focused on improving the health of people globally through their broad research and development platform as well as a growing late-stage pipeline.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable to contributes to the selection of potential investigators.
• You will train, support and advise Investigators and site staff in study related matters, including Risk Based Quality Management principles.
• In some countries, accountable for study start-up and regulatory maintenance.
• You will proactively identify and ensures timely resolution to study-related issues and escalates them as appropriate.
• Contributes to National Investigators meetings, as applicable.
• Confirms that site staff have completed and documented the required trainings appropriately, including ICH-GCP training, prior to and for the duration of the study.
• Ensures the sites are inspection ready at all times.
• Actively participates in Local Study Team meetings.
• Initiates, monitors and closes study sites in compliance with the organisations Procedural Documents.
• Drives performance at the sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in related discipline (preferably in life science, or equivalent qualification).
• An understanding of Clinical Study Management including monitoring, study drug handling and data management.
• You will have a basic understanding of the drug development process.
• Strong knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP, basic knowledge of GMP/GDP.
• You will have a good understanding of relevant local regulations.
• Good medical knowledge.
