Service Development Manager

Hobson Prior are looking for a Service Development Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation who are dedicated to transforming patients' lives. You will be responsible for the regional market access and reimbursement related activities in the assigned area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand administrative or purchasing barriers/challenges and opportunities of product uptake and develop strategies to overcome these at regional and local level.
• Obtain access and maintain coverage for the organisation's products with public and private payers.
• Accountable to develop relationships with patient access stakeholders including hospital administrators, billing and coding staff and other individuals to deliver information that facilitates patient access to an appropriate reimbursement of the organisation's products.
• You will drive product access and influence on inclusion in treatment algorithms/protocols/formularies and coverage policies.
• Co-operate with colleagues across the organization and coordinate them in the development of access strategies.
• Provide price policy, pharma value proposition and pharma-economic information required by local and regional stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Life Sciences, pharmacy, or a Business-related discipline) required.
• Good knowledge of English.
• A minimum of 5/6 years' experience in-field Market Access.
• Strong experience in hospital market, preferably in oncology.
