Senior Statistician

Hobson Prior are looking for Senior Statistician to join a top statistical software development and contract research organisation on an initial 12-month homebased contract.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide statistical input into Phase I - IV clinical trial development.
• Perform the analysis of clinical trial data sets.
• Offer statistical contribution into the reporting of clinical trial results.
• Collaborating with clients regarding study protocol or statistical analysis issues.
• Producing comprehensive statistical analysis plans including specifications for analysis files, consistency checks, tables, and figures.

Key Skills:

• Outstanding and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong report writing and analytical skills.
• Proficiency to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• PhD degree in Statistics or Biostatistics is essential.
• Knowledge with the life cycle of developing drugs and previous involvement with the management, analysis and reporting of data produced during Phase I-IV clinical trials is crucial.
