Hobson Prior are currently working with a Biostatistics Consultancy company, who are seeking a Senior Statistician to be home-based on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will deliver technical statistical expertise, consultancy and support to clients across a variety of clinical trials, focused from Phases I - Phase IV.
• Contribute to study design by writing and reviewing statistical sections of study protocols, Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and statistical reports.
• Interact with clients regarding project timelines for the efficient return of statistical analyses.
• Represent as 'Lead Statistician', when required, to advise the client, perform QC and validation activities on both statistical analyses and programming outputs and supervise 'Junior' members of the team.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with clients.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree (preferred) or bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics and related topic.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Statistician within the Pharmaceutical industry, ideally working at a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology company.
• Expert user of SAS or R.
• Knowledge of CDISC (SDTM + ADaM) standards would be desirable, but not required.
