Job Responsibilities
:

  • You will develop medical communication and education programs and materials according to Global Veltassa Medical Affairs Plan.
  • Authorises highest scientific standards and alignment with national and global strategies, guidelines and legal regulations.
  • You will evolve medical and scientific presentations and training material.
  • Leads the development and implementation of the Global Publication Plan, including gap analysis.
  • You will plans and executes brand satellite symposia, workshops and events.
  • To lead the development and execution of the Global Veltassa Medical Affairs Plan.
  • Development and execution of Global TA Publication Plan.
  • Delivery of medical and scientific materials and programs, such as scientific symposia and advisory boards.
  • Development and implementation of KOL strategies required to position the products and the company as a leader in the Cardio-Renal.
  • Development of advocates for products and ensure the communication of evidence supporting favourable positioning in treatment pathways, guidelines, and regulatory and reimbursement strategies.
  • Develops and implements global KOL plans for Cardio-Renal in close cooperation with regional and local medical teams and in agreement with Medical Affairs Director, achieving sustainable interaction with global KOLs and other important external audience.
  • Establishes and manages global advisory boards within Cardio-Renal area.
  • To lead advocacy groups and medical societies aligned with global Cardio-Renal strategy.
  • Delivers input and guidance on contents, and reviews and approves Pharma published educational and promotional materials according to SOP and legal regulations.
  • Responsible for scientific & medical training of global, regional and local medical and marketing team members with respect to the assigned TA.

Requirements:

  • Educated in a Scientific (Ph.D., Pharm. D.) or medical education (M.D.).
  • At least 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Previous experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development.
  • Excellent user of Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated availability to evaluate medical scientific literature accurately and effectively. Knowledge of study design and conduct.
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills with key opinion leaders.
  • Basic understanding of medical aspects of therapeutic area along with willingness to develop in-depth expertise.
  • Professional level in English, both in oral and in written communications.
