Hobson Prior are recruiting for a Quality Specialist to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation in Slough, where you will support the RQ auditors by maximizing the efficiency of the use of our client's systems and business processes.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Distributing & provisional review of Study Plans and Standard Operating Procedures, for audit by team - utilising Veeva, TrackWise, Excel (database).
  • Generating process maps of RQ standard procedures, during the update of the SOPs (MS Visio, iGrafx).
  • Updating and QC review of RQ spreadsheets (Project trackers / workload) (Excel).
  • Drafting QA Statements from information within TrackWise (database, MS Word, pdf).
  • Formatting of Audit Reports from TrackWise export prior to distribution (database, pdf, MS Word).
  • Preparation / Coordination of GLP, GRP, GCP Lab Refresher training meetings (Outlook).
  • Collating, tracking and trending of metrics from QlikSense/TrackWise (databases).
  • Assisting with TrackWise entry for some audits (from structured audit notes) (database).
  • Tracking CAPA and follow up within TrackWise; possible follow up with internal CAPA owners (database).
  • Entering expenses in MobileXpense (database).
  • Scheduling key meetings with stakeholders (Outlook).
  • Scheduling travel in Amadeus Cytric (database, Outlook).
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion concerning matters pertinent to the team.
  • Support onboarding and training of new staff on MobileXpense, TalentShare, Integrate and other company systems.
  • Perform any other duties as requested to help support the RQ team activities.

Key Skills:

  • Ability to work with multiple systems and multiple spreadsheets simultaneously and be focused about what information is captured in each place.
  • Extremely organized, ability to work on multiple tasks with conflicting priorities and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and solution orientated.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to ensure effective and timely output in an independent way and with final responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with business.

Requirements:

  • Digitally-competent and confident in using databases and web-based software (eg TrackWise, Veeva Vault), and enjoys working with databases.
  • Digitally-competent and confident in using process mapping software (MS Visio, iGrafx).
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Whiteboard).
  • Ability to support multiple individuals with varying operational styles; co-operates with a view on relationship building.
  • Fluency in English both written and oral; French would be desirable.
  • A working competency in Microsoft Visio and iGrafx.
