Hobson Prior are looking for an experienced Quality Specialist to join a medical device company on an initial contract basis with the potential to transfer to a permanent role. Our client delivers pioneering medical devices and solutions in orthopaedics, spinal care and neuroscience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Document Control transactions in change control management system.
  • Organise the retention of the records.
  • Manage calibration activities.
  • Support lean activities.
  • Facilitate Investigations (complaints, Failure, etc.).
  • Track and Trend Quality System Data.
  • Coordinate Audits.
  • Coordinate Supplier Quality and Customer Assessments.
  • Batch Record Release / Approve DHRs.

Key Skills:

  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment whilst still meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work with an analytically and strategically to solve technical problems.
  • Able to seek input from colleagues to improve quality of work produced.
  • Can produced high quality documentation.
  • Able to provide accurate data in relation to products and processes with clarity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required and 3 Years' experience in a Quality role in a regulated industry.
  • Alternatively, 1 Years' experience in a Quality role in a regulated industry with a related degree.
