PVQA Regional Lead

Hobson Prior are looking for a PVQA Regional Lead to join a world-wide pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis in the Netherlands. Our client specialises in developing novel vaccines to tackle pandemic threats and diseases all over the world.

Job Responsibilities:

• You are accountable to ensure effective management and conduct of PV audits.
• Ensures the implementation and maintenance of PV Quality Plans.
• Ensures implementation of the procedural documents
• Implements and manages Quality Systems.
• You will ensure inspection readiness and compliance to global, regional, and/or local regulations.
• Drives trending of metrics to improve processes and compliance.

Key Skills:

• Ability to analyse issues and problem solve to support decision making.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business.
• Good customer focus, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent computer skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and to influence others.
• Demonstrated ability to apply risk-based decision making in a regulated environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, or technical field.
• 5 years' experience in quality and/or drug product safety.
• Demonstrated ability to implement, interpret and apply quality systems within a regulated work environment (GMP, GCP, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Management including GxP Auditing, CAPA management, deviation management and vendor management.
• Experience in Deviation and CAPA management processes.
