Project Manager - QMS

Hobson Prior are looking for a Project Manager - QMS to join a growing research-based organisation on a permanent basis in Switzerland. Our client is determined to improve human health and wellbeing specifically within the area of medical vacuums and human milk.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading global project teams and coordination of different disciplines depending on project type.
• Accountable to perform budget and resource management, project status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning and project communications to division and business leadership. Execute mitigation plans/actions as needed.
• Support in establishing processes and procedures within the organization, especially to ensure compliance of the Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs department.
• Carrying out regular team and milestone meetings with project team members and stake holders.
• Establishing the needed project documentation.
• Complying with internal and external guidelines and requirements depending on project type.
• Organization and performance of trainings within Q&R.
• CAPA Task-Owner.

Key Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, in-depth contractual knowledge, and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management facilitation skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, Project Management Tools, Adobe Professional; as well as problem solving tools/applications (Statistics; Pareto, Mindmap).
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related technical field required; Advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of five years' in project management and Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Quality systems experience required (e.g. ISO 13485).
• Conducting and managing projects in a matrix organization.
• Previously worked in an environment with global objectives.
