Product Manager - Infection Control

Hobson Prior are looking for a Product Manager - Infection Control to join a medical and pharmaceutical device company in Sempach where you will work in the Hospital & Out Patient Market department. Our client is looking for a committed, service-oriented and communicative doer personality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Product and sales responsibility in the area of ??infection control.
• Success-oriented planning, implementation and evaluation of all strategic and operational marketing activities.
• Permanent market analyzes, elaboration of measures as well as their implementation and sales increase.
• Cooperation with other internal departments, especially the supply chain.
• Technical training of the field service.
• Contact person for customer inquiries: doctors, nursing staff and hygiene specialists.
• Presentations at further education events in German and French.
• KOL management.

Key Skills:

• Flexibility, high resilience and implementation strength.
• Analytical, strategic with quick action and a structured approach.
• Stylish German, good knowledge of French and English, Italian an advantage.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a product manager, preferably in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industries.
• At least completion of a commercial apprenticeship with further training as a marketing specialist, completion of a science degree or study of business administration.
• Market and success-oriented personality who recognizes and realizes potential.
