Hobson Prior are looking for a Procurement Manager to join a growing biopharmaceutical company in Switzerland who focus on discovering, developing and bringing more, pioneering medicines to patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable to review quotations and creation of the Purchase orders for materials and services.
• Processing of documents and management of the purchase orders approval process and storing these approvals accordingly.
• Accountable for the creation and tracking of Purchase orders and Subcontracting orders.
• Communication of the orders to the CMOs.
• Review of incoming documentation (materials and invoices).
• Accounts Payable support with respect to the PO based invoices questions.
• Collecting information and other ad-hoc reporting tasks as necessary.
• Supporting Business in the maintenance and subscription renewals that do not require negotiations.
• Supporting the department with project related tasks and ah-hoc requests.
• Managing the request of materials, suppliers, storage locations and master data creation in SAP.
• Interacting with PDCS Team (Technical and Clinical Trial Supply), IT, Accounts Payable and CMOs.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
• Good communication, organization skills.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills in English.
• Excellent track record in getting things done.
• Manage high degree of flexibility and the ability to work calmly under pressure at the rapidly changing nature of the business and the dynamic market conditions.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of SAP Purchasing and Goods receipt processes and transactions (SAP S4HANA).
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply, manufacturing and GxP requirements.
• Strong SAP procurement and master data knowledge.
• Process and solution oriented with a strong customer focus.
