Hobson Prior are looking for a Medical Alliances Operations Leader to join a Swiss global healthcare organisation who are focused on offering medical solutions in order to transform patients' lives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide management skills for study management and responsible teams.
• Contribute to the management of study deadlines, resources, budget, risk and quality plans.
• Offer clinical operations knowledge to ensure operational possibility and production.
• Manage necessity for supplies across teams.
• Deliver the operational targets of the study strategy.
• Operational management of CROs and vendors to ensure all work is completed.

Key Skills:

• Ability to work with an analytically, forward thinking and have good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven project management and operational skills.
• Strong understanding of legal agreements.
• Able to influence and negotiate.
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Requirements:

• Life sciences degree or nursing equivalent or substantial experience in relative area.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in relative area.
• Experience including the set-up of evidence generation activities for sponsored, supported or real-world studies.
• Drug development and regulatory requirements for the conduct of clinical trials.
