Hobson Prior are working with a start-up AI-based Diagnostics company who are looking for a Lead Data Manager to join them on a permanent basis in Oxford. You will serve as the primary Data Management interface for internal research team members, external data vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures the timely initiation, conduct, and completion of Data Management activities on clinical trials.
• Tracks Data Management timelines for assigned projects and ensures that all applicable Data Management team members are aware and on target for deliverables.
• Authors the Data Management Plan, outlining all data management responsibilities.
• Oversees UAT of clinical data systems to be implemented on a project.
• Conducts project-specific training throughout the course of the project, as needed.
• Attends and presents at project meetings as required.
• Oversees the completion of a comprehensive data review of clinical data.
• Ensures DM documentation is always audit-ready and filed appropriately.
• Coordinates all activities in preparation for database lock, including Data Review Meeting.
• Project management, to develop trial management strategies and proactively manage timelines.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders, inform them of status of key deliverables as well as partnering with relevant functions for external data vendor selection and management.
• Any other tasks assigned.
