International Market Access Manager

Hobson Prior are looking for an International Market Access Manager to join a pioneering pharmaceutical organisation who are focused on enabling patients living with rare diseases to live better lives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable to develop and implement international pricing and access strategies and tactics.
• You will monitor pricing and reimbursement/HTA regulations and trends across the markets.
• Ensure best launch and in-market prices according to the market situation, aligned with commercial strategies.
• Deliver strategic guidance on Market Access topics to our commercial, regulatory, medical and business development teams.
• Generate health economic evidence for existing and future products.
• Conduct systematic analysis of the reimbursement potential for our products.
• Partner with our local affiliates to define launch sequencing, align access strategies and support local reimbursement application procedures and strategic initiatives.
• Provide service and tools to country teams for supporting field-based communication strategies within the local Health Systems.
• Work with external vendors to develop market access tools and information sets.

• Highly developed analytical, problem-solving and consulting skills.
• Ability in working with and driving cross functional teams.
• Strong communication across all levels, both internal and external.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in life science, health economy or similar and demonstrable experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in Market Access, Medical or Regulatory Affairs.
• Experience in HTA, HE&OR, as well as pharmaceutical pricing is an asset.
• High degree of business sense, strategic and analytical thinking.
