Hobson Prior are looking for a Head of Information Systems to join a small Oncology focused biotech organisation on a permanent basis in Marseille.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the integrity, confidentiality and reliability of the information systems, including the implementation of a compliant Global Information System & Technology policy, in line with regulatory requirements.
• Lead the company's IT project portfolio and implement changes with regards to cross-functional management tools (ERP, Electronic Document Management, …).
• Manage a team of 7 people, assigning and delegating activities regarding the Information System to ensure the timely implementation.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree (pref) or Bachelor-level Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related topic.
• Experience working in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech company.
• Knowledge of ERPs (SAP Business ByDesign and VDOC would be preferred), eDMS, HRIS.
• Experience managing a team efficiently.
