Global Brand Business Ethics Manager

Hobson Prior are currently working with a top pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a Global Brand Business Ethics Manager to join them on a permanent basis in Slough.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will drive and maintain ethics and compliance governance including compliance committees and support to process owners.
• Implements and enhances the business ethics program including procedural documents, training and communication, monitoring and supports investigations.
• Works in close collaboration with the leadership of UK/Ireland and the Global Brand team.
• Oversees the implementation of action plans from monitoring, internal audit, investigations or other ad-hoc reviews and assessments.
• Delivers input on local code rules, processes and more particularly provides all necessary support for the program's effective enforcement.
• Performs compliance due diligence for third parties and ensures implementation of the Third Parties Compliance Program.
• Provide input and advice in the development of annual Global Brand and Country Operational Plans.
• Coordinate, mediate and facilitate resolution and decision making of ethics and compliance related matters between global functions and countries for globally initiated activities.

Requirements:

• You will have 5+ years' experience in an ethics and compliance department in healthcare sector.
• Previous experience in a multinational and multicultural business environment is required.
• Previous experience in the UK and Ireland and familiarity with ABPI Code, laws and regulations in the UK and Ireland.
• Knowledge of European and other important extraterritorial laws and regulations in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption controls environments.
• Previous experience in audit or investigations or monitoring.
