Hobson Prior are seeking an Expert Analyst with experience in GMP and UHPLC to join a global pharmaceutical organisation who are driven to help improve and prolong life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take over either method roll-out (UPLC, tablets) or GC-MS/MS method development and roll-out (API, tablets).
• Support client network with troubleshooting, development and improvement of pharmaceutical analytical methods.
• Issue reports to evaluate data or document analytical knowledge, contributing to the growth and storage of knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with global analytical project leaders, site QC labs, highly specialized analytical labs and process technology experts to reach your objectives.

• Freisetzung von Arzneistoffen (manuell und halbautomatisch)
• UV-Spektroskopie
• NIR-Spektroskopie
• LC-MS/MS
• GC-MS/MS

Key Skills:

• Self-motivated, well organised and ability to use own initiative
• Able to lead a part of a project.
• Proficient user of office software and IT systems and have experience and a thorough understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge and experience in GMP Analysis of tablets and UPLC or GC-MS/MS required.
• A technical or graduate degree (or equivalent) in pharmacy, chemistry or engineering.
• Specialist knowledge in the development of analytical methods (incl. DoE, QbD, statistics), especially in the development of chromatographic methods like UHPLC and GC-MS/MS. Experience in further analytical methods like dissolution is much appreciated.
• Experience in working with pharmaceutical oral solid dosage forms as well as experience in method validation.
• Professional experience of at least 6 years in a similar role.
