Distribution Specialist

Hobson Prior are looking for a Distribution Specialist to join a leading pharmaceutical company who specialise in immunology and neurology. Our client aims to deliver pioneering products to enable people suffering from serious illnesses live a better life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to ensure top quality service is provided to Markets any times.
• Creating / maintaining an excellent reputation with all internal business contacts.
• Acting as intermediary between Markets and production sites.
• You will monitor open stock transfer orders and sales orders and shipments on a daily basis.
• Accountable to take care of all order processing from A to Z.
• Maintaining Client working instructions in GCS database & Commercial client files in SAP for all customers.
• Completing GCS KPI's.
• Coordinating documentation and invoicing.
• Analyzing latest market/country information to understand mid and long-term supply requirements.
• Managing Markets queries by taking ownership and responsibility.
• Partaking in the improvement of existing processes/procedures.
• Performing contractual reconciliations or price transfers and issue Credit/Debit Notes where applicable.

Key Skills:

• Customer Service Oriented.
• Eager to learn, out of the box and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in French and English, any other language is a plus.
• Process oriented with strong ability to create process flows
• Analytical mind (Structured and Organized).

Requirements:

• Bachelor, Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in Customer Service Distribution.
• Previous experience with any ERP system, SAP is a strong advantage.
• Functional knowledge of Supply Chain.
• Working experience in international pharmaceutical logistics management and/or proven supply chain expertise is an asset.
