Hobson Prior are looking for a Director of Regulatory to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation in Slough, where you will drive and shape the company's policy and shape the environment to drive patient value in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating a deep functional knowledge of the external regulatory environment and stay current in the field.
• Integrating functional expertise with business knowledge to solve problems and make good decisions for the overall business.
• Leveraging your knowledge of the health authorities, regulatory science and trade associations to inform the organization and represent the organisation externally.
• Deliver leadership and personal development to your team.

Key Skills:

• Demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills both within and outside of the organization.

Requirements:

• Ideally you will hold a Life Sciences degree or equivalent.
• Extensive regulatory policy and intelligence experience with a proven track record of strategic agility.
• Proven experience with engagement and relationship building with regional/local Health Authorities, the EMA and trade associations.
• EU regulatory experience required with a proven track record of significant regulatory accomplishments.
• Clear understanding of the broader operation of the pharmaceutical organization and the partner disciplines to regulatory.
