Development and Resourcing Director (remote-based)

Hobson Prior currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Development and Resourcing Director to join growing team at a world-wide consultancy who strive to make a real difference in the health and quality of people's lives. This position will work remotely on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute the organisation's L&D plan.
• Implement a variety of L&D methods and opportunities.
• Conduct L&D gap analysis and implement individual learning pathways.
• Dissemination of relevant industry knowledge.
• Instilling a culture of L&D.
• Improve and execute the organisation resourcing process.
• Execute and implement the resourcing process.
• Conduct effective forecasting.
• Ensure high utilisation across teams.
• Resource based problem solving.
• Leverage individual's L&D needs for project resourcing.
• Collaborate between business functions.
• Analyse and deliver key performance indicators.
• You will set and meet budgets.
• You will provide line management.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years' relevant professional experience, and at least 3 years' leadership experience within a L&D and/or resourcing role.
• Experience of working in a management consulting environment with knowledge of consultancy-based L&D and resourcing requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing standards & processes.
• Experience of recruiting, motivating, managing and developing a team.
• Experience analysing company performance and providing solutions to company issues.
• BSc (Hons) in Science, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Excellent IT and numerical skills including proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
