Hobson Prior are looking for a Communications Consultant to join a top pharmaceutical and biotechnology company located in Switzerland. The Pharma Quality Systems group is looking at implementing a new global solution for Quality Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build a comprehensive communication plan.
• Build engagement around JQ Next.
• Energize end users, ensure final acceptance.
• Review and improve presentation slides.
• Build a communication package targeting the different key stakeholders.
• Execute communication plan, provide regular update to various stakeholders.
• Build a real professional Sharepoint site.
• Feed yammer with latest news.

Requirements/Key Skills:

• Excellent communicator.
• Proficient use of all communication channels (F2F, email, newsletter, social channels…).
• Able to build professional Powerpoint slides.
• Non-Technical profile requirements.
• Some flexibility in working hours is required.
• Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
• Quick learner, motivated self-starter.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
• Able to follow change management for internal guidelines.
• English and Swiss German spoken and written.
