Clinical Scientific Manager

Hobson Prior are looking for a Clinical Scientific Manager to join a fantastic rapidly expanding, international organisation on a permanent basis in Germany. This organisation is focused on creating products for the treatment of structural heart disease.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be developing and implementing clinical trial plans with CRM and CPM.
• You will support the Clinical team with technical knowledge.
• To research, collect and present an expert opinion on scientific, medical and regulatory information.
• Integrating quality and regulatory changes into clinical documentation.
• You will assess safety reporting of studies with partnership of Clinical Data Manager and Clinical Project Managers of studies.
• You will manage and write Clinical Evaluation Reports and Plans, Literature Search Documents, PMCF Plans-Reports and Clinical Safety Management documents of products.
• Managing the integrity and accuracy of scientific, medical and regulatory data.
• You will be participating in audits.
• Developing great relationships with opinion leaders.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Have previously established ability with ICH, and GCP, ISO.
• To have excellent problem-solving skills and social and communicational skills.
• To be a team player who likes to work in an international environment.

Requirements:

• Educated in a Medical Degree (MBBS) or PhD.
• At least 5 years' experience in the field of clinical research with 2 years in a lead role.
• Has knowledge in cardiovascular medicine.
• Knowledge of relevant government regulations, standards and guidelines and experience on Medical Device Regulation and ISO.
• Has relevant experience to perform requirements independently.
• Preferably has CMPP Certificate.
• Has proven track record in developing medical education programs.
